White capped fielders made a very late entry into the game in the later versions of the Club edition. I’ve been told they also appear in some Floodlighting sets, but I’ve never seen that myself.
The white capped set didn’t feature a wicket keeper, as he still sported a coloured cap for some reason. Its the only set in the range where there are only 4 capped players and 5 outfielders, rather than the other way around. Subbuteo saving costs again?
The white capped players were never sold as a TC-A individual boxed team set.
