New grounds & stadia

With the advances in 3D printing, and independent table top football pitch manufacturers producing cricket pitches as well, its possible to create unique stadiums or reproduce your favourite grounds, past and present.

I’m really grateful to Howzat Dave, David H, Gary D, Dean, Alberto, Rowland, Rick, David @Hoggard 3D and others for sharing pictures of their set-ups via the Subbuteo Cricket Pavilion Group page on Facebook. With their permission I’ve included just a few of those to give a flavour of some of the grounds and stadia being created.

From top to bottom below:

Dean Jordan’s Mallard Gardens County Ground; Durham’s Riverside and Surrey’s Kia Oval pitches with thanks to Gary; Howzat Dave’s legendary Palm Tree Park by day and night; the unique outbuildings the late Rowland Lyons developed for his Essex-inspired ground; Alberto’s colourful and beautifully detailed stands; Palm Tree Park again and, at the bottom, the ground I’ve been developing using David @Hoggard 3D superb bleachers.

If you’ve got a set up to add to this page, please do get in contact .
